Nicola was my doubles trainer and did a wonderful detailed job. She motivated me to push past what I would normally do alone and focused on form for each of her workouts. I found she was entirely attentive on my personal workout and wanted me to do well! I recommend her and many of the staff at Innovative Fitness. The reception is also very pleasent :) thanks everyone
