The trainers are a group of fine young men and women who believe in what they are doing. They listen to you and provide a fun and happy environment to workout in. They monitor your progress and curtail your workouts to strengthen your areas of weakness. They carry a wealth of knowledge on the body offering excellent advice for injury avoidance and repair. IF will make you stronger, feel better, give you more energy to get through your busy weeks. I could not recommend a better way to allocate part of your health budget towards overall conditioning and fitness.
