I've worked at the Intelligent Office coworking space in LoDo for the past year or so. It's always been a fantastic space for me. The location right next to Union Station is unbeatable, the space is quiet and professional, with very reasonable pricing and with incredibly helpful staff (Britney is great!). I'm looking forward to continuing to work and thrive in our new office there!

Feedback:

I've had a great experience at the 1515 Wynkoop location. Compared to other co-working spaces in the area, the offices are nicer, larger, have better noise insulation, and come at a better price. The amenities (parking, gym, coffee, etc.) are also great. Britney at the front desk is also very friendly and helpful.

Experience has been great. Started with one day and signed up quickly for more. Britney is kind, flexible and always helpful. Space is clean and well managed. My "co workers" are great as well.

The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. Unlike some co-working spaces, you don't have to get transferred around again and again to talk to the right person. Amber was very accommodating in meeting the needs of my business and working with me. Also very happy with how clean the place is kept.

I never worked in a co-working space prior to Intelligent Office. I have been very pleased with the office environment they offer. The support staff is helpful and overall they offer a professional and friendly work environment.

Our team has been at IO for two years now and it's been a great experience. It has a much more professional feel than a WeWork or similar co-working spaces. The offices are very nice as well as the conference rooms and there is an open area space if you're looking for something like that. We've been also been very pleased with the team that supports us. If you're looking for a professional, reasonably priced co-working space that you're clients will appreciate, this is would be a great place to consider.

Sent in my resume for a job I found online and was sent an email reply about 30 minutes later asking me to come to the office to fill out an application and check out the office and meet the staff to see if it was the right job for me. I went to the office the next day only to find out the job was filled two days before I sent in my resume. Totally rude and unprofessional way to do business.

Feedback:

They are ruining my business and it takes me a lot of effort to get them to correct the issues, such as ensuring customer names are spelled correctly, and emails/addresses are accurate. That is one of the smaller issues I have had, and I get the feeling they more interested my my money than offering me a good service based on their responses to my needs.
