There is NO customer support phone number anywhere when logged into quickbooks. Had to reach support via sales. The help button is useless. Post to community? Chat online? Wtf

Intuit Quick Books is an Absolutely horrible company. They are a scam and you can't cancel.I have confirmation cancelling emails and they keep charging me every month. Their phone folks, if you can understand them, just say, oh - that is another department and then transfer you.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Find something else. There are lots of MUCH better custom apps. Accountants you are NOT doing your clients a service by using this and then wanting your clients to also use it.Additionally, their software stinks and is difficult to use. this is coming from someone who has done software web design and is an engineer.
