I started working with Inventive Global Solutions Pvt Ltd on 09 Dec 2014. In a span of 03 years what I have came across with is, "its one of the best firm I have ever worked with in all the aspects".t No matter what designation you are but working here will always keep you energetic and will always motivate towards accomplishing your goals without any fear of failure. There's no discrimination/racism or partiality. Work pressure is always there in any company you go but it's on you how you take it. I've been interacting with so many ex enployees who left the organization stating as it's not a good company to work with but the matter if fact is they were unable to keep a balance between personal & professional life. Ending it on a short note, if you're reviewing this review then it's my humble request don't take any decisions based on public reviews just be confident in yourself n walk in for interview.
