Very poor service. We've worked with Jan Pro for over a year and despite countless requests, their service has not improved. When we recently moved, they gave us a new quote for the office, which we signed. AFTER WE SIGNED AND PAID, they came back to let us know that several of the things that were originally included were no longer included. They told me they would look into it. I followed up several times and still haven't heard back - it's been over a month.They also say that they can't do things like "move a coffee cup from a desk to the sink" because their afraid they might drop the cup and break it. I've expressed multiple times that even if this happens, that's okay, but it still doesn't get done. Very poor service and don't recommend to anyone.
