This is kind of silly that people are leaving bad reviews on the corporate review section, leave a review on the individual jets locations google review spot. 5 Stars because I have had jets made good and bad from many locations but still my favorite pizza. The corporate office didn't give me the bad experience from those individual locations, the specific employees there did.

Hi is this the corporate office where the customer complaints are filed Unbelievable we ordered a pizza from Jets Pizza on Fuller. The delivery was crazy... The driver came to our backdoor startled our Dog and my husband because he opened our backdoor with out knocking. My husbands response was “hey man do not open my backdoor, then walked outside then he repeated himself.” The driver didn’t apologize but instead he cussed at my husband and my neighbor. Started yelling smack talk our family etc. drove half way up the street got out of his car and started yelling again at my husband and our neighbor. The person who answer the phone probably didn’t know what to actually say. He offered us a pizza my husband was like no we will never order a pizza from jets. My husband said that he wanted to stop into their store tomorrow to talk to a manager he said no we don’t you to come because we don’t want a conflict.

I would give the food 5 stars but it is ridiculous in my opinion to charge a delivery fee on an order that doesn't even go to the driver??? If the fee went to the drivers delivering the food it wouldn't be so bad.

I tried complaining through the channels given about an issue I have had with a local Jet's. I have not heard anything back in almost 3 months. It is quite disappointing that the corporate office makes it look like they want to make things better, but then ignore you.

Really great pizza but, I ordered a sub sandwich for lunch to be delivered to my job because I didn't have to time to go out. I was charged $4 for delivery!!! This was in Naples, FL. Today I ordered 2 pizzas to be delivered to my home in Ft. Myers, and delivery charge was 2.50. So why did the Naples store tell me that was the lowest charge they can do.

Just picked up an order. They forgot to give me the dressing we ordered. I asked for them to deliver it since we were already home and my kids were eating. The manager (though I doubt she was actually a trained manager) told me to come pick it up or they will credit my next order (never will order again) when I said why won’t you deliver I didn’t forget anything and I paid for it, you made the mistake I just want you to correct it. She said she didn’t actually give me the order and someone else there made the mistake, though she a supposed manager. She then hung up on me. Very professional. Last order ever from Jets no wonder you can’t crack 2 stars.

I've enjoyed Jet's pizza my entire life and I've found it to be delicious and consistent between the franchise locations. I've had the pleasure of meeting employees at the corporate office that were both friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend Jet's to my friends, family and coworkers.

Ordered a large deluxe from Davison in Mi. When I got it home there was hardly any toppings and no sauce to speak of. Not the quality I would expect from Jets. Have to think twice before driving from Flint to get a Jets.
