They change oil, but there is a lot of room for improvement. Here are three of many. 1. Pay attention to who is in line and take control of FIFO. This did happen but because I let the person that arrived before me go first 2. Turn the music down, not off but down. 3. Post the prices in the garage area or have a quick conversation for the different services. I was surprised to pay about $30 more than what I typically pay. 4. (Bonus) if you are going to ask customers to wait in the lobby spruce it up.
