I received your text today thanking us for the opportunity to remedy our driveway situation. I wanted to respond in writing as I was already planning to send you this letter before your text. You are quite welcome. We sincerely appreciate your cooperation and concern for getting our driveway redone properly and also appreciate Johnathan's and Jason's (?) efforts in making sure that happened. From what I see, you have delivered as promise. We just started driving on it this afternoon after waiting your suggested 3 days and are very pleased with the resulting smooth ride, It was helpful for the two heavy rain storms we had, one day on Friday evening and another on Saturday evening that really cool it off quickly. We will be looking into getting the edges "backfilled" with topsoil or some stone ballast to reinforce themThank you for making this happen.

My quote for an expansion to our driveway included a free sealing of our existing driveway; The expansion was put in June of this year and we were told that the sealing was done by a different crew so they'd be coming back to do that part. We are STILL waiting for the sealing of our original driveway to match the new expansion 4 months later. We've been calling and emailing every few weeks for updates and still nothing set for when this will be completed. Disappointed.

Called twice for an estimate. When Jim finally came out he was nice. He said he'd be back to measure and just wanted to stop by to let me know he was running behind. Called twice more a week later when I received or heard nothing. .......still waiting a month later. I'm moving on. The other two companies i contacted showed up and gave me my estimates timely. They were Penn Paving and Leacock paving.

I’ve used Jim’s Paving several times and they always do an outstanding job. The first time was back in 2008 and now we moved and called Jim’s Paving a second time to install a new driveway. Jim Jr arrived promptly for the estimate appointment (was actually early) was friendly and courteous. It’s nice to deal with a family owned business that you feel comfortable with knowing they will show up and do a good job and get it done right. It’s piece of mind they take care of everything from start to finish. I’d highly recommend them!
