They've been given a 2nd chance, after a not so delicious pizza delivery late last year (for which they did give credit for a future order) however they won't get a third chance... Jimanos is pricey, holding themselves in comparison to Chicago style pizzas found in the heart of Chicago... and because of this, I expect a delicious meal for the price! I ordered a medium (14inch for them) and customized it, the price went from 14 to $35 because of the customization. Ok, fine but one of my requests was EXTRA pizza sauce... tell how do you not only miss my request for extra, but my pizza arrived with NO SAUCE!! That makes for a dry pizza & ridiculous when its damn near the 1st thing & most basic part of making a pizza!!
