There should be a representative that you can reach out through at corporate. Also implementing PREGNANCY pillows at ALL locations for a comfortable adjustment should be mandatory at all locations!

The worst customer service ever! I cancelled 4 months ago and still being billed. Im going to have to cancel my card to stop them from billing. When I called to complain the lady told me she can throw in a free adjustment for my inconvenience. How about the 20 I have been billed for the last 4 months and have not received. No! If you dont use you lose and they dont care that you have cancelled.

I wish I could give this company as a whole less than 1 star. I reached out to the corporate office several months ago due to some issues I was having with 2 of their office locations. I waited and waited and never received anything other that a confirmation that they received my complaint. I reached out a few more times and still never received any type of response from their customer service department or their corporate office. One month ago I reported my issue to the Better Business Bureau and was advised when the corporate office receive the BBB complaint. It has now been several weeks and The Joint corporate office has made no effort to respond to the communications between the BBB and them. Clearly they do not care that some of their "chiropractors" are doing harm to patients and that their customer service/receptionists are clearly lacking in policies/procedures/customer service skills. Shame on this company for not taking responsibility for their employees actions and doing physical and monetary damage to clients.

Got a pass for a free 1st adjustment. Lady at the desk looked at me like I was some homeless freeloader and almost yelled at me that the pass was for corporate even though they accepted the appointment.

The Joint will NOT provide the information to file with most insurance companies. A Tax ID is commonly required and they will not provide and give no reasonable explanation. Hmm. Try to call Corporate and get an answering machine.

Does anybody ever get a call back from the voicemail call back system? I have emailed, I have left 2 voicemails. It has been 10 since they charged me when my account is supposed to be on freeze. If I don't hear back I will be canceling my membership.

I have been trying to contact these people for over a week now because they have been charging me for things that they will not let me use! I have phoned 3 times, emailed 6, and am now reporting them to the BBB for their negligence and refusal to contact me to make this situation right. I would not, under ANY circumstance, use this company because not only do they take your money, they provide sub-par service. Go to an independent chiropractor. This company does not care about your well being or the money they steal from your account. I AM REPORTING TO THE BBB AS SOON AS I LEAVE THIS REVIEW.

There are no humans answeinga the phones at the corporate office. You leave a message and no one returns your call The area I live in has two offices about 15-20 miles apart with one doctor. The Dr works half a day at each office and the office posts schedule on facebook..They have been short staffed for may half a year. In the meantime I'm paying the monthly fee while I have to have the Joints schedule fit mine and driving out of my way to get treatment.I'm considering canceling my membership.
