Client Review on Jump & Jacks
Feedback:
I scheduled a birthday party for 14. The paint on the walls of the room were missing in places. The play area was dirty and the bathrooms were disgusting. No soap and towels and toilet tissue on the floors. One toilet had stool smeared on the seat. The hostess appointed to us, Makenzie, was awful. She was not friendly. She acted like it was an inconvenience to do her job. I had to ask for plates, cups, napkins and something to serve the cake with. She didn't record the guests or the gifts they gave and said she wouldn't be cleaning up anything until our room time was up. She then brought me the bill and said she would appreciate a tip. I had to ask for the birthday shirt(they didn't have the requested one in stock) that the package contained. I do not recommend this place for a party or a day trip. For how hard I work to earn my pay would never had shared it with this establishment had I have known the experience would be this terrible.
