very annoying Zero stars, we come from afar and when we arrive the receptionist tells us that the place is closed to the public because they have a private party. There is no notice on their social media, nothing. Don't waste your time. They should publish when they have the place closed.

A bit far from public transportation. Indoor nice place for event. It does smell like rubber I think the ventilation can be better. Very affordable !!!

Kids had a blast. Went Sat night 5:45 to 7:45pm almost had place to ourselves. Place and equipment are somewhat worn down, otherwise great place.

This was our second time visiting Jump On It for a little kid's birthday party. Adult and children can have fun here. The staff was amazing as we entered the birthday party room they served pizza and cake to everyone so they don't didn't even have to get up. It was pretty awesome. I would say that they would need some new equipment because it's been the exact same for 2 years.

We attended a birthday party here. The kids had a great time. The staff didn't look very happy or acted very friendly, they all looked exhausted. Still, overall it was a pleasant experience.
