Worst customer service!!! The people who work there all tell you different rules. I got a chicken sandwich from them once and ended up with staph food poisoning and was out for a week and my friend told me that the same thing happened to her. Its a shame that its the only place open near the library.Ps. The armenian girl who works there is super lazy and nasty.I went back on another day to ask for ice. The gentleman who works there was very polite and was going to place ice in my cup as i gave my cup to him, the armebian girl grabbed my cup out of his hand even though she had not been the one helping me. She is extremely rude and just seems really bitter that she is working for minimum wage on her sunday. Really nasty salesperson.

I was at the Beverly Hills library took a break to get a snack, ordered a “wannabeFrappuccino”they call it freeze . The girls were so rude and the wannabe was just as bad completely liquid. When I asked for a bit of Freeze the girl took my glass poured into the dirt shaker that was in the sink,to ADD ICE !!Could NOT believe it ! I stopped her she was very rude the drink was horrible . No wonder KELLYS doesn t even put there name on the glass. A total waste of $4. 25 . Beverly Hills Location😱Will never buy anything from them again
