Very disappointed! My girlfriend purchased a shave & cut as a birthday present surprise for me. She knows how much I enjoy going to the barber , usually Floyd’s & called ahead to plan a special experience for me. All I had to do was show up & the barber was suppose to do the rest. I was really looking forward to this appointment. To start , my girlfriend had confirmed with the receptionist what she had purchased for me ( a cut , hot towel & shave ). So of course I assumed the barber knew what she purchased for me . I was greeted with a less than positive greeting & the guy who was going to be my barber was already complaining about another customer who had been in earlier. After we sat down at his booth , he seemed nice enough & asked me details about the cut I wanted. Long story , a little shorter. The cut was absolutely NOT what I asked for & they didn’t give me a shave. I then had to pay for my own birthday present because the guy at the front desk said he couldn’t find my gf’s payment. BUT my gf had definitely paid for it. Anyway , I’ll never go back. I wish it had gone better because it’s a neat looking place in a great location.
