First time here to have our cats groomed. The staff was very kind and pleasant. They told me they petted them before they got started and made friends. I think that helped since they told me the kitties were good throughout the grooming. One of the girls told me Cocoa was her favorite. That made me feel relieved the cats had a good experience. I would definently recommend Kennelwood grooming for cats. They were good to all of us. 😸❤
