They drove my car recklessly, I took a picture of the woman we were following and the man that was driving my car grabbed my hand assaulting me. I paid the drivers and they drove away and went inside to call keys please to file a complaint and nothing was said about me “not paying” on the phone when I spoke with keys please. Then 20 minutes later the cops show up at my house, these people claimed that I had not paid my bill. Why would keys please not bring up something like this on the phone if I “didn’t pay my bill”? I was charged with transportation fraud because I wasn’t going to pay twice. Keys please has done nothing about this to help me, I am currently trying to find security fottage from around my neighbourhood to prove me paying. UPDATE- my response to keys please reply. -So keys please, I have record of you now commenting that “Jessica again, refused the next day, to pay for the service received”. I was not contacted the next day by police or keys please in regard to me paying. I refused to pay twice and I took the charge, because I had IN FACT paid the bill. As you know the company policy is that keys please will not give the keys back to a customer until the customer has paid. I spoke DIRECTLY with the company after the service and I was in my house to complain about your employees reckless driving, no word of me not paying was mentioned and your dispatcher was very helpful and understanding of what I had been through. Also if I didn’t pay, they would not have drove away, they would have called the police and waited until they arrived. Your employees gave back my keys without any mentioning of me not paying because I paid. THEN they proceeded to drive away from my home. Also I have witnesses that saw the chase car go in front of my vehicle rather than vice versa which is ALSO against company policy. I feared for my LIFE driving with your company, and many laws were broken. So many company policies broken and somehow you still believe I am the dishonest one in this case. Truly disappointing. You are ruining somebody’s life going forwards with this case and it’s truly disgusting. I have many witnesses to testify against the fact that many of your employees recklessly drive customers vehicles.
