Client Review on Kiddie Academy
Feedback:
Poor oversight from the corporate office. Director unprofessional and generally unavailable. Assistant director clearly overwhelmed with academy responsibilities. Lead teachers and assistants immature and poorly trained when handling difficult children. My child was injured and staff failed to contact me for 2 hours in hopes my child's injuries would get better. After 2 hours we were contacted and advised to pick up our child and take her for an xray. Director never addressed me to apologize for her injuries nor inquired how my child was after seeking medical attention. If you need to contact the academy, it takes several attempts to reach staff. Lots of bells and whistles, very little safe and professional care. We left the academy June 2018 after 10 months and would not recommend. **Several of the positive reviews regarding this place are from employees of the corporate office- any business that forces its employees to post positive reviews to boost enrollment should be a MAJOR red flag.**
