Overall Feedback:

I have applied an Accounting position at their head office. Although I do not have an actual accounting experience, they called me for first interview last week. The recruiter discussed with me about my work history and education experience for 30 minutes. They said they will contact me again for 2nd interview if I am the right candidate. I went to the 2nd interview this week and I spoke with them almost 45 minutes. The recruiters bought some concerns about my health and work ability. They even asked me for my work references after the interview. Yesterday, I found out I wasn't been chosen for this position. It was really wasting our time. You shouldn't see me if I am not right candidate. I won't work for this bias and unequal employer organization.Please don't apply for this company if you are looking for job without any relevant experiences.
