I lost the only key to my motorcycle (ugh)! Called Pop-A -Lock and was connected with Leo. Leo was awesome! He was able to figure out the key code without too much trouble. He went well out of his way to help me and spent a considerable amount of time making sure my keys worked perfectly. He was very friendly and knew his craft. Now the irony. After spending months looking for my original key, I found it one week after I had Pop-A-Lock out to help me. Oh Well!

He did a terrific job! He was prompt, he was efficient and he was friendly. The dealership wanted twice what he charged me; his price was very reasonable and I would definitely use his services again!

Reasonable rates, fast and good at what they do. Others quoted we one rate then changed it to double as they were dispatching their service person. Pop-A-Lock gave me honest work for a a lower price than the others could do it for. Don’t pay for companies with national coverage when you only need local service.

I needed a key for 2015 Honda NC700X, Leo was very knowable and on time. made a key that works perfect. 5 stars service. Thank you! P.S: I don't know what this negative reviews are for,seems like most of them are off of subject. but its all about reasonable expectations.

Leo was phenomemal! I'm a Windermere agent and a key got locked inside a house and we needed to get inside immediately. Not only was he there exactly when he said he would be there (which was right away), his prices beat all of the other locksmiths. The lock was a difficult very high end style. He was able to access the house quickly. He was professional and even gave us 3 new keys included in the deal. I would highly recommend him and will use him anytime I need assistance in the future.
