This company is very reliable and the technician was thorough and showed up on time. I hired them for air duct and dryer vent cleaning. They even washed my vent covers, which was a bonus I was not expecting! The only downside was that they did not show me any "before and after," so I don't know how clean they actually got my dryer vent and air ducts.

They cleaned my air ducts and carpets and did a fantastic job. The only cleaning company I have ever used that didn't try to change the price once they showed up at my house. I will recommend them to all my friends.

Fantastic, fast service. We have a dog, odor was gone with just their normal products, didn't need the extra deodorizer. Also had a stain on the carpet in the bedroom for 2+ years (since before we moved in) and they are able to make it look brand new! Got our L-shaped couch done and it's never looked better. Highly recommend.

The kid showed up at my door and jacked the price up from what I was quoted. Then, the father called me and was extremely rude to me over the fact that I did not want their services. I was told NO HIDDEN fees; however, that was not my experience. Also, I was called after his son left and chewed out. If I don’t want your services, be so kind as not to harass me after the fact! I would never hire this company again due to poor customer service and fraudulent business practices.

Don't get me wrong my carpets looked wonderful after they had been cleaned and I thought the prices were fantastic and there were no hidden fees. What is so upsetting is that the son came to clean my carpets and had to love a coffee table up on my couch to clean the carpets. He said I needed to leave it there until the carpets were dry. I waited until they were dry and had someone to help me move the coffee table back to the carpet from the couch. When we moved it back I realized the whole wheel on the bottom was broken off. I did not call and complain at the time but I received a email this morning from them I'm guessing they send it to everyone. Since I got the email I had decided to let them know my experience and what happened because as a business owner I would want a chance to redeem my business. The owner did respond and apologize and I appreciate that very much but nothing more. I don't think that is very good customer service when you have let someone know of your bad experience and they are willing to give you another chance. The manager or owner of this company has no intention of redeeming the company's name with a very unsatisfied customer. He has just argued with me and told me this was ridiculous that I wanted him to do something about this because I believe in giving second chances. I told him if there is something they can do to redeem themselves I would continue to use their services. He continued to argue with me and tell me they wont do anything. That's terrible customer service if you ask me. Do not use them, if anything goes wrong they fix it. Some of the poorest customer service I have ever experienced. The owner sent me an email telling me he was contacting Google because of my review. I will add in this was May 6th 2016 my carpets were cleaned. The owner has argued with me over email all morning and has not tried to redeem their business at all. This has been the most frustrating conversation I have ever had with a business regarding something they had done that a customer was dissatisfied with.

Kwik Dry was recommended by a friend after they removed a tough spot from her carpet. I have used them multiple times since, and have been very satisfied. Dalton is an amazing young man, he's very kind, professional and does a great job.

Professional service and I didn't get a sales speech! The price I was quoted was the price I paid, no extra fees or gimmicks. Dryer vent was cleaned thoroughly and my home was respected. I will be a repeat customer for sure!
