I went this week and found this location to be clean and professional. I went shortly after they opened and did not have a long wait. This location accepts insurance. I wish they all did.

This happened on 11/08/17 (for the purpose of reviewing who were the staff on today). The staff here definitely defies the company slogan: "The laboratory that cares," because they never really do, as I did not feel it at the time of our visit. Slacking with even just "forced smiles" and warm welcomes to patients. It felt very discounting that they treat other clients differently as they pleased (especially the blondes). There was no hi hello when we first came in. (Not to mention that there’s a funny smell as you enter in; different from other labs, smells more like an old building). They don’t talk with respect when I was asking about the packages they have and seemed very snotty; as if I don’t know anything about the labs that I am putting in the form, saying I can’t change the order of the doctor, which I was not changing and was just trying to use their package that will help us save (it was more assuming I have no knowledge of what labs are ordered for me than being helpful on showing me my options). The front desk guy (African-American) wouldn’t even care and seems feeling icky taking the pee sample from me when I was trying to hand it (I thought he was the manager that's why he acted like he does not do a dirty job, but he wasn't!) and he pointed me to give it to the other staff instead, who just walked away even if I was approaching her (not sure if she saw me or not). There was no sensitivity to the needs of their clients, hence I felt they're not willing to help and they're just there to do their job.It made me felt like, because I’m in their lab, this is the way they treat the ones who are looking for cheaper deals on labs; and they talk to you in a cheap manner; this is never a busy place for staff to be that way. It showed the lack of training in customer service and patient care/relationship. When they found out I was the provider who ordered the labs for the patients, things changed. What a hypocrite place! I used to refer patients to all lab express for better deals and I even print their specials for the month for my own patients, but I will send them to other labs, that I know, out of experience will treat them right instead. It’s ok to pay higher if u get the right service and treatment as a client. Smaller labs should have extra special quality that draws their clients to them, but if being a small place and you treat your clients small too, that speaks so much of why they exist, which is mainly for business. Go to MyreQuestLab. Com instead; deals are not too far from their prices anyway & if staff gets snotty, at least they’re busy. Save yourself from the horrible experience!
