It is a nice school. The facilities are nice, but the management is somewhat lousy. I registered my daughter in the beginning of November. I filled up pages of forms and provided an empty check for my account number.I also authorized them on the paper application as well as the online application i filled out later that day. My daughter started school. She went on and off for 3 weeks because of her health issues. When i was dropping her on Monday, the manager approached me and told me "technically she should not be here". It was an unexpected comment and i was puzzled. I asked why. She said because we did not pay. I told her that they had my account information to charge it weekly. She said "oh, ok". I was upset, but thought it must be an oversight. She charged the account that day. A few days later i received a collection letter! I was really upset this time as they had my phone number, they saw me every day dropping my daughter and instead of talking to me they sent it to collections.I took the letter and went to speak with the manager. She apologized and said it automatically goes to collections, but she cancelled it already. Today i received the second collection letter. Apparently she did not cancel it. I never had such issues with any school before. It is very upsetting to me.
