Food is ok. Nothing great. We usually stick to the Kalua pork meals. They are consistent, just not great. Good when you want something a little different.

The food is ok. It's all very simple flavors to re-create. Additionally the deliveryman wouldn't turn over the food unless I showed him my ID and debit card. When I initially refuse and questioned him about a refund he informed me I would have to go to the restaurant and argue my case. This establishment treates you like a criminal until you prove otherwise. Also I forgot to add the deliveryman was a rude smug POS and has no business in the service field.

L&L is one of our favourite fast food spots when visiting Hawaii. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that they had a location in Evans Mills. We ordered a mixed BBQ plate, chicken katsu, and a loco moco. Each item was delicious and the portions were generous. Of course we couldn't leave without taking a few masubis for the road. We'll definitely be back.

Good food. It’s a Hawaiian cafe so don’t expect a nice restaurant. Great Mac salad. I’ve only ever had the short ribs but they’re great every time.

Customer service is disgusting. Cashier and servers behind counter are so rude and not helpful. I would not rate this a star and not recommend this place to anyone. This is a disgrace to the L&L Franchise.

I decided to give this place a second chance. I came here originally about 2 weeks ago and was not treated the greatest by the staff. Horrible customer service. I went in with my family and wanted to order the same thing we always order at L&L: Gravy fries... but they “don’t have them” even though they have both the fries, and the gravy. This is a standard menu item at all the other L&Ls I have been to. The restaurant is dirty, and I can’t tell if it moonlights as a frozen yogurt place or not, because the other half of the suite is set up with froyo machines. I’m not sure what this place is trying to be, but a usual L&L, it’s not!

Found this place by mistake while out working. Wow I have to say I got the BBQ sampler and wow it was so so good. Can’t wait wait to come back. The staff was also awesome.

I used to go here when I lived In Hawaii, can't believe there is a location in northern New York. I got the Chicken Katsu and it tasted just like I remember. I like it because it's being me back to being in Hawaii. Giant portions for price and it tastes good, what more can I ask for?
