My mom has owned this longer than I can imagine . and every time I go to another gym because I moved out of state there’s no place like hers . The atmosphere, the classes, everything , definitely would recommend. (Even if she wasn’t family ) lol

Cindy runs a great operation. There are a variety of classes no matter the age group. The facility itself is very clean and orderly. All the equipment is in top shape. Thanks Cindy for your great contribution to our town!

Very old equipment, many not working... just a depressing atmosphere. Some of the aerobic equipment is ancient QVC looking junk. Some made so much loud, squicky irritating noise I could not focus on anything else.

Best gym ever walk ins welcome cheap prices clean facility tanning on hand n dance classes available great place to even bring ur teenage kids been going three yrs now never had any problems n met a lot of people

I go to work out last week while up visiting friends and see equipment being upgraded, never negative! . I am only in Sullivan County 3x a year and Cindy do wonderful things with the place from what i see. Keep up great work and you are one of few main anchors of the village. che Dio vi benedica!
