I was told I could cancel service to one of my addresses over the phone by an employee, then when I talked to the owner he claims my cancellation over the phone was invalid and it needed to be submitted in writing. Sounds like an inner communication problem that us customers, especially customers like me with 3 addresses being treated, shouldn't have to deal with. Also, sounds like the owner is trying to make it harder to cancel your service which is bad business practice. Avoid this company. ALSO, paying your bill is a huge pain! you have to reenter your information every time you go to pay a bill. Their website offers no sign in feature or saves any information. Very inconvenient....
