Client Review on Lifespring In-Home Care Network

Feedback:

Just don't. This company is fraudulent, in my opinion. My husband was referred here for wound care. A nurse came out, made an assessment, made a list of supplies needed and assured me they would be delivered to my house. In the 3 weeks we were with this company, I received nothing. I finally bought bandages, gloves, etc. from the pharmacy, Wal-Mart & online, not knowing what I needed exactly to deal with my husband's various wounds, i.e. skin tears, pressure wounds. The only thing these people did were to take his vitals, which in the 21st century most individuals can do themselves for free. The day I finally gave up on these scam artists I was told the "supplies" were inadvertantly sent to their office. Very convenient that they charged our private insurance company for supplies never used by the patient. I will be reporting this to the insurance company, oig.hhs.gov and the Oklahoma Board of Licensure and Supervision. This company completely wasted my time and now we are back at square one trying to get help.
