Yet another unprofessional recruiter. Mimi doesn’t call anyone back. When it’s convenient for her to call you because she thinks she’s getting work done, communication is quick. Our initial email chain was more like a chat message due to her initial quickness. After the interview I always send a follow up email thanking the recruiter and the interviewer for their time. I get nothing back from either party. Regardless if I was a good fit, wouldn’t it be more professional to let the candidate know what’s going on? Here I am doing due diligence to be professional, dress well, be punctual, and be courteous, and the recruiter can’t even be bothered to send an email saying “no.” Shame on you.
