The sensors in my automatic sliding door aren't working , the service staff took the sensors almost 2 months ago and is not responding , whats the use of automatic doors without sensors are you going to take the responsibility if someone gets hurt if he/she comes between the doors. Also the customer care no. Is not responding to my calls. How can you be a good company if you cant even respond. Now either i want my money to be returned or say the support staff to respong and solve my problem right away. You Cant get any worse than this. Hope could give zero stars. Now please respond immediately. And solve my issues as there is a gathering in my home in which i dont want my name to be ruined as so yours. Hope you would respond now.
