Called visiting Angels and set up an appointment at my grandfather's home, over the phone was very professional, I looked forward to finding him some help. So I made the 13 hour drive and visiting Angels were a NO SHOW. Very disappointed, no call no nothing. I'm looking for a different option. Very very unprofessional.
