I was very disappointed with this business. I when there for a life scan checking the website and was told that there website was not updated and had to make an appointment. So I made a appointment for the next day. The website stated a life scan was 25 dollars. I did my life scan and was charged 74 dollars because I need a FBI and DOJ screening. I knew that I need FBI and DOJ screening, but please let the customer know what they are getting into first. I felt like I went to a crooked mechanic for an oil change and was charged for a cracked blocked in my engine. I'm giving it 2 stars because the people who work their was very nice. I will not be going there again.

I am a sports photographer in AG and someone brought in one of the photos to Local Copies that I shared on facebook. That person wanted some editing done. James sought me out and asked if this person had permission to use this photo. I had no clue who this person was, nor had she purchased anything from me. James went out of his way to contact me and asked. I think that speaks highly for Local Copies and their copyright standards. James - THANK YOU!!!! Side note: I contacted the person trying to use my photo. I was going to help her with the project before sent me this. "I'm sure you know that your picture has been shared on the internet and copy's can be made". I am not sure now!!!

I have been to Local Copies for years on and off as I needed to, and I have always, ALWAYS found the employees very helpful whenever I had a problem or could not remember exactly how to run something off. I HIGHLY recommend them as the go to place for making copies!
