Their beignet is the best compared to any other places i've been to. The one in Glenwood Springs closed down, so i stopped by here on my way back to Denver from Aspen. I'd recommend everyone else visiting Aspen to do the same, and grab some beignet on your way home.

Beignets, Beer, and Gumbo! What more could you want from a cute restaurant nestled in the middle of the mountains? Everything on the menu is delicious, and the service is exceptional. I went in most recently on a very slow Thursday evening and even though most dining establishments would be rushing you through your meal so they could close up, Charlie & Brandon were amazing and didn't once make me feel as if I was a bother. I highly recommend if you're looking for some yummy Cajun food or just a delectable dessert and a beer.

Coming from Mumbai which is a seafood hub I have been burnt way too many times when it comes to seafood in the inland. But The lost Cajun was not one of them. I usually reserve 5 stars for special places and this place deserves it. Louisiana style seafood and cooked to perfection. We had a the platter and everything thing in it was delicious. We also had once of the gravy with french bread and it was 👌🔥. I think they can improve on their bread but it's a seafood place so I am not judging them on their bread. Treat yourself to some amazing seafood in the mountains. Couldn't get better
