This was the second time I have booked with this company and could not recommend them enough, on time and the service was brilliant and my daughter thoroughly enjoyed it for her 13th birthday

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They claim they are a ‘party bus’ for all types of parties, they give you alcohol when you get on the bus then once you get off they leave you stranded in Birmingham and refuse to pick you back up when that was part of the agreement, baring in mind we were 15 girls left to find our way back to Northampton! They slap you with a £500 bill for apparently ‘wrecking the bus’ and make up a load of rubbish to try and justify their decision! Absolutely disgusting customer service, considering how much you pay for their services I certainly wouldn’t recommend risking using their business as you may find yourself stranded and left with a massive bill just so they can rinse even more money from you!

Absolutely terrible service left stranded at our destination told to get a train home , no trains running so had to pay 4 taxis to get home . Inexperienced driver no welcome no music aboard . Possessions still left on bus not had back and manager / owner very rude and don't want to no

Lux Limo donated a Free limo ride to the children from Northampton charity to help with funding of a new building. Many Thanks for making our charity night a special one. Real nice people.

Booked the Town car Limo for our party on a night out and Phil the driver was great! Best driver we have even had and went the extra mile with us all. We search lots of limo company and Lux Limos was the best on the phone, price and the limousine which we had was perfect as promised! Overall 10 out of 10 and we are going Royal Ascot now in the Black Hummer so cant wait and thanks for great night!

Me and the girls hired the Pink H2 Hummer for our night out in Milton Keynes, we all had a lovely time, customer service was so helpful, Even gave his extra time driving around. Driver was so happy and jolly. We have used Lux Limo many time and will continue to use them, Thank you Lux Limos.

1 star isn’t justice absolutely no star took us to our destination and left us stranded because a tiny bit of sick on the bus ! No warning freezing cold pregnant women aboard! What do they expect on a party bus especially when they also provide alcohol , tried to charge 500 pounds cleaning fees also ! If anything we want half our money back , absolutely disgusting customer service ! Do not use CON artist
