The paint work was good! However the fact that they do not accept cash is a unfortunate. Computers was down and the wait was too long especially when I was only picking up a bumper that I had them paint. Cash should always be an option.

They did an amazing job fixing a rust spot on the door of my vehicle. It looks like a brand new door! Then they also detailed my vehicle. I'm so impressed with the quality and reasonable price for the service. The front desk staff are very friendly and efficient. Thanks Maaco😁

Overcharged me and kept going up on the cost. Kept my truck nearly a month and when I got it back there was paint drip all over it and on my rims and tires. Masking tape was still in the roof and fenders and all parts were not properly painted. When I took it back to get these issues fixed they told me it was a 2 day job and kept my truck another 15 days. When I picked it up that time it still wasn’t completely right. I paid 3300 dollars up front for a subpar paint job and poor management. If you looking for a good paint job look elsewhere.

Stay FAR away from these guys! Had bumper covers on my ’09 Yukon Denali XL refinished at Maaco, Burton, MI location. No issue putting extra money to get job done right, required cover removal, While truck was in shop area, received a healthy dose of bondo dust from adjacent work going on. Inside areas of body under door openings were covered, roof, just filthy with dust, under hood area received same “Dust” treatment. It was real cute, that being a taller vehicle that top of roof couldn’t be seen when delivered, later standing in my home, could see where someone took a swipe a foot back from windshield, so bondo bath filth wasn’t obvious. Cost me $180.00 at clean up shop! Paint was nicely laid along with tons of dirt and remaining sand scratches from prep work, with complimentary dry spray in tight areas, high school kid in a driveway, could produce cleaner work. Single biggest reason for paying extra, removing covers Stopped to grab sunglasses from truck, shop area is horribly filthy, dust & dirt everywhere, no segregation from paintwork area, appears there is no “clean up“ protocol or care by management. No final inspection by anyone in management that gives a rats’ a^s about turning out a quality product! No one would call that truck was finished, or would answer phones most of day, had to make trip up to shop, Manager had to take truck back so a Huge Run on right side of front cover could be sanded and polished out, once again, no inspection, no quality control. Took truck back next business day, was told there would be an adjustment in price. One of the managers, a younger guy, arrogant smartbutt, sure wouldn’t work for me! Week went by, no return call from shop with promised price adjustment, called, told me go to hell! Paid $900 +$180.00 clean-up) for work that destroyed value of my low-mileage California import truck!Quick update: these guys contacted me, day after post, asked for contact info sent to an certain email address. Sent info, Over week later no response. JUST STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE CHARLATANS!!!! Preserve the value of your vehicle, these guys should get a visit from MIOSHA!
