What a joke. I had misplaced my claim number and went in anyway and asked if they could look it up to get my repairs started. The man working said he couldn't look it up and I would have to get it from MPI and come back later. (I found after going to Boyd that they can get your claim number quite easily.) Anyway, I got my claim number from MPI and came back right away. The employee had me write it down along with my name and phone number on a piece of scrap paper. He looked at my car without taking any photos and said he would order the parts and call me when everything was lined up. It's been over 3 weeks and I haven't heard from them. Went to Boyd and they did everything for me right then and there and I walked out with the parts being ordered and appointment to have the repairs done.
