Rude and disrespectful. I called and asked about an item I was looking for. The rude person who answered the phone assured me that while he could not quote a price he had the item in stock. When I got down to the store it was covered in boxes and junk everywhere...there idea of display is based on a garage sale I guess. Anyway, the person who answered the phone let me stand at the counter in front of him for about 2-3 minutes while he tinkered with a part. He didn't even acknowledge me standing in front of him. Now remember, he was the same guy who told me it was "in stock"; After I got his attention he stated that I would have to take it up with one of 2 other people. The other person (who I believed to be possibly the owner) informed me that he didn't even carry that item...and then of course knocked the quality as the reason why. I raced across town to get there before closing time based on being told the item was there. Waste of time and money....what JERKS! btw, I stopped by a Leslie's on the way home and bought the item I was looking for without any hassle.
