Made an appointment on 03/12/2018 for cleaning my house, my plans changed and I called back in the few hours to cancel. Savannah told me on the phone that she can not cancel and that she needs to talk to her supervisor. I asked her to call me and confirm the cancellation. It is 3/14/18 no one called me to confirm. I understand that is bad for business when someone cancel an appointment but I think it is worst when the company does not provide a good customer service. Do you think I want your business.
