Overall Feedback:

We didn't actually need the service in the end but we will do in future.A very good website and communications via the offices.Staff were friendly and helpful on the phone while we were trying to arrange a cleaner for our mother who was coming out of hospital. Overall, seems like a very professional and caring organisation.
