I had a great experience. That staff was helpful but not pushy. I was looking for a place that had some non dept store clothes for a trip later this summer. The selection was great! Perhaps have more "Large" sizes. I'll be back before we leave on our trip!

Love shopping at Mainstream as well as having the opportunity to spend a few days a week styling shoppers. The ladies working are awesome and I feel so lucky to be surrounded by such positive women.

Love the customer service here, always always always. I do a majority of my shopping online because I just don't have the time to browse. But I can't help but love the things they get here at this store. I message them via facebook when I see something I love, and they set it aside for me so I can run and grab it on my way home from work. Just as easy as online shopping, and this way I don't have to wait for shipping!

Buyer beware..I bought a couple of items, one I didn't try on, thinking if it didn't fit or like it, I could always return it. I got it home and realized without trying it on that I'd likely never wear it. Returned it with the tags, original bag, tissue, and receipt. Sales clerk was unfriendly...frowned, and minutes later returned my receipt, stating that I had store credit of $32. I said what? No refund? She pointed to the receipt which states it in small print under the stores name and address. I told her I was disappointed. She said nothing and walked away. There was nothing else I wanted in the store. I told the other sales clerk when I left that they need to have a large sign on or behind the cash register. I would not have bought it in the first place had I known I would not be able to return it. These are poor business practices.

Really cute Store. However, the last three times I went to look for something fun to add to my wardrobe the employees did not greet me or ask how I was doing the entire time I was there.Each time the store was fairly empty and each time it was my day off so IWas wearing yoga pants and a sweatshirt. Bottom line...... I have felt that unless you are all dolled up and look like you have money count on them ignoring you. It’s to bad because I would have loved for this to be a regular shopping place for me!
