We ordered a steak and cheese sub, mozerella sticks and 2 orders of boneless wings - they said it would be 35 minutes. An hour passed, so I called to inquire where our order was and was told that the driver (she) would be there in 2-4 minutes. Fifteen minutes later I am on the phone again because we have no food. As I am talking to the person on the other end, the driver passes my driveway - I live on a 6 lane boulevard. He stopped and started BACKING UP IN RUSH HOUR TRAFFIC! My food arrived in 1 hour and 20 minutes, luke warm and by a completely different driver than the store said was coming. The steak and cheese had hot peppers on it and a couple of the wings were not "boneless". Not a happy customer...and will not ever be a customer again.
