This used to be my favorite massage place to go to. I would drive 35 minutes to get my massage there. Unfortunately, that all changed when the customer service went down hill including management. I made an appointment face to face with an employee asking for a specific therapist. I got a call before my appointment that I could not answer due to being at work but figured it was a confirmation call....after, I got a text reminder of my appointment which made sense on why they called. When arriving to my appointment the following day, what a disappointment it was to realize they had switched my therapist and did not inform me. When complaining to the manager, with an attitude she said “they tried calling you, your voicemail was full” however, that was a lie because I don’t have a voicemail set up nor did they keep trying. The manager was rude and did not consider the fact that I just wasted my day and time going there for nothing. When I tried calling the supervisor of all stores for a complaint, I was told to leave a massage and did not receive a call back. Clearly the customer concerns and opinions do not matter! At this point I will be finishing the hours I have left and canceling my membership. If you’re looking for a committed massage place do not make a membership here!
