Matrix ensures that you actually stay connected with your friends and family while you’re travelling abroad. I was travelling to HongKong for work when my sister had a baby back home. So glad that i was connected to them all the while, and saw the baby’s pics on whatsapp and the non stop calls. Matrix is the best truly :)

I was in UK for work and was using a matrix sim card. I was just worried that they would disconnect my services cz i had extended my stay for another week. But was relieved when i called up my sales rep and he ensured that there would be no issues and i could use the matrix sim as long as i was in UK. And indeed there was no issues that faced !! Thanks Matrix for a great service.

My kids were travelling to meet their extended family in Singapre and i got them a postpaid matrix sim card so that we could stay connected all the while. Am so glad they had no issues using the matrix sim and since the bill was an itemised one, i knew we weren’t being cheated..

My views about customer care executives and services were all changed when i contacted Matrix cellular’s customer service centre. What a backend team that’s clearing running the show. I had some issues with my sim card in Singapore – said unregistered. I had called up the customer care to take their instead, instead the lad who atteneded my call surprised me saying he will have someone from their local office attend me and give me a new sim card instead. And someone sure did meet me !! Amazing Matrix guys...........

I have used almost all the international sim card options available in Delhi and found Matrix Sim Cards to be a clear winner in the race. I used a matrix sim card while i was traveling to UK. Although i did not face any issues with the network there, my only problem was the bill which was charged for wrong dates. Before i could contact them, the guy who got me the number contacted me and apologised for this mess up and got it corrected. Really appreciate the honesty and customer service that Matrix gives. Looks like Matrix has the best team !!

I was traveling to Brazil with my wife for a vacation and we went ahead and got a matrix sim card for making calls back home and sharing our pics with friends. Really thankful to matrix for such a great experience, calling back home was as easy as it could have been and the bill didnt burn our pockets at all !! In short we are happy customers..

I was travelling to US for convention with four other representatives and our office got us all a matrix international sim card each. Infact one of my colleagues even got a phone from them since his phone wouldn’t have worked there. Must say that all our voice and data needs were well taken care of. Not only that i must appreciate the sales rep who delivered all the sim cards and the phone on such a short notice. Thanks team Matrix !
