If I could give no stars I really would. I wish I would’ve paid more attention to the newer reviews instead of going in and wasting my money. I would rather have not been greeted by a front desk because it’s not like she knew what she was doing anyway and I had to repeat myself several times until someone walking by told her what I was asking for. I usually don’t review but I felt like I had to just so people really pay attention to the newer reviews, after wasting my money I get on here to write something and notice that the manager himself wrote back to a person that reviewed and let’s just say SUPER unprofessional. By what I witnessed while being there and by reading their reviews they deserve much more “slander”, everything I read was accurate. There was another customer getting her nails done and I guess she must’ve been a regular and she herself said that was her last time there. I again wish I would’ve paid more attention to recent reviews.
