Hindsight wisdom not choosing to work with them would have been a better choice instead of trying to make it work.

I worked with Medical Staffing Consultants to launch a medical staffing business and can’t recommend their program on value. They offer two packages priced at roughly $80,000 and $100,000 — a serious investment that, in my experience, didn’t deliver a serious return. The “turn-key” materials are essentially information freely available online, and the process they walk you through is generic, with nothing proprietary or specific to set you apart. Critically, no client or facility contacts were provided, so the hardest part of the business — actually getting your first contracts — was left entirely to me. For an $80K–$100K fee, I expected real shortcuts: warm introductions, exclusive systems, hands-on support. Instead I paid a premium for guidance I could have assembled myself. If you’re considering MSC, ask pointedly what you’re getting that you couldn’t find for free, and whether they’ll actually open any doors. For me, the answer didn’t justify the cost
