You ask for feedback but I wonder if you really want to better you business.My cleaning was done on 1-8-20. I am today, 1-13-20, getting a request for feedback.When I filled out my paper work I requested AM cleaning. On Wednesday, 1-8-20, I called before anyone came to do the work; it was almost noon.I expect it to take longer than 1 1/2 hours for my home to be cleaned in a professional manner by one (1) person.I have a 12 month contract with your business and I don’t like what I’ve encountered in the first few visits.If the quality of you service does not improve you can rest assured my contract will NOT exceed the 12 months, nor will I recommend MERRY MAIDS to anyone!!!Patsy Stewart
