Client Review on Michel's Patisserie

Michelle’s made our wedding cake. It was an all white 2 tiered wedding cake with white flowers. The cake tasted fine but wasn’t worth the experience. The price of the cake just kept going up from what we were originally quoted during the tasting. We didn’t add anything whatsoever additional yet somehow it was “oh, despite what the online price says your cake is XYZ.” We we’re even originally quoted $50 for delivery from their location to Georgetown and then when I paid it was magically $80. We never received any paper quote or email detailing what we had discussed which was alarming because there was a mix-up at the tasting. I received receipts though! It wasn’t until I voiced this 2 weeks before the wedding (after my emails hadn’t been responded to) that we received a contract. I wouldn’t order from them again. If you’re looking for care, customer service and honest pricing AS WELL as a tasty cake - look elsewhere. Poor service and mediocre cake.
