They know what they are doing, (except for joystick gameport dongles... But that is something that is extremely rare and a legacy tech solution!) Will recommend for anything. They are interested in what they do and will respond like an enthousiast.

Average computer parts retail store. I've been going there for ages. Some staff and aloof. Some helpful. They always seems to be in a hurry. The best thing is to know what you want beforehand. I've seen a customer get yelled at once but that was ages ago.

My computer had a power surge and it fried my power supply and video card. The disagnosis was quick, but there was a problem sending parts back. Took a week to find out that the supplier would not take my parts back. When I came in, the manager was helpful and understanding and changed it all on the spot sending me home with a functioning computer. Will be going back when help is needed.
