Thoroughly enjoyed our first experience at The Middle Spoon. Enjoyed a tasty tequila sunrise and Pina colada as well as the lava cake which was absolutely delicious. Drink Menu is a bit long but had no problem finding a drink to try, especially with a few helpful suggestions from the waitress.

A hidden gem for sure. The drink menu was too long and repetitive and a deceptively hard read through. The drinks however where on point. So let's talk about what's going on downstairs. People come in go down but never come back up. I guess the first rule of a hidden speakeasy. Don't talk about hidden speak easy. Scour the website for details. You will find a very interesting path?

Sat there for 10 minutes as the waitress passes us 3 times to serve other tables without even acknowledging our presence, and we were sat right at the front. Shame, it was my first time in and was very disappointed.

Wonderful service and delicious desserts. Popped in for dessert and a drink with a friend from out of town and we were both impressed. Definitely heading back for the sticky toffee pudding.

great tasting dessert but really wish there were more desserts to choose from, or at least the dessert menu should change every so often. portion size is not big but enough for a light dessert
