Feedback:
On my lunch break I went in for an oil change. I said I would like my oil changed or if you're busy I would love to make an appointment to come back I was told that a certain car was leaving and just a moment and they would get mine in right away. An hour later my car had not moved and I went in to get it and they tried to pull it back in the shop at that point. I told them I lunch is over and I needed my car. I won't be returning. Listen to your customer.
