Client Review on Mike's Master Mechanics

Feedback:

Low life cheats who lie about about services performed and go as far as faking their BBB accreditation for the past 7 years. Luckily I took pictures of the fake sticker which states it belongs to the BBB honor roll since 2015, the only issue is that the the sticker they use was from 2011, and it changes every single year, and the entire category of BBB honor roll was discontinued in 2014. They simply printed out 'since 2015' on a white piece of paper, and taped it onto the BBB sticker. How do I know that? I went and spoke with the director of the local BBB office and she was stunned, but sweet enough to write a letter stating that the sticker is fraudulent and she included her info as well, which I intend to submit to DMV Business Devision investigators as well as notarized affidavit and additional documents including a video as well as text exchange with Robert Young, the manager, who claimed to be BMW certified, a certification that doesn't exist according to BMW (haha I wish I were joking) itself, as I tried to verify his claim and they simply stated that there are no certificates given, period. I'll expose how he said services were performed while the car was literally sabotaged by his incompetence. Apart from the damage he did to the engine, he somehow had to lie about the tire balancing and mounting. 4 fresh tires and rims were ruined as I continued to drive thinking that it was properly done, as he lied to me repeatedly. He went as far as sending my gf to a non-existent tire shop, where he alleged the car was sent for tire balancing, a 'favor' he did to us as he didn't charge the mounting and balancing fees. She said it was literally an undeveloped piece of land, and there was not a single building. Anyway, I even spoke to Troy who was the general manager, and he apologized and admitted to not having any tire balancing done or anything for that matter, as well as the billing being completely fake. Onto the bigger issue, he ruined the engine ventilation valves that he was supposed to replace, and it caused the car to overheart and become undriveable. What he conveniently did is that he fraudulently billed the repair as a simple a/c refill and I talked to customer service, they never bothered to answer or return my call. Luckily I have a video that I recorded of him admitting to all the work he told me he did and agreed on doing, yet was absent from the final bill. And once he realized that he was being recorded, he started threatening me which is funny because he's only further implicating himself. Needless to say, I'll sue the shop, and the Robert Himself and turned them into the DMV Business Devision investigators for lying about services performed, falsifying their BBB Accreditation and for also having the 'manager' offer his personal services, behind the shop after closing because it was cheaper, faster and easier than the shop and that it'll be included and guaranteed by the store itself in case something went wrong. Text exchange in regards to this is also available. I dare them to challenge a single point I've made because that will only drive up the punitive and damages amount. I know this story sounds crazy, but it'll also by posted on Yelp where I'll upload a few pictures so you can see for yourself. I'll add an update to this review when court proceedings are concluded. Do yourself a favor and have your car serviced by professionals. You literally are endangering your life as well as the lives of everyone around you by trusting these amatuers.
